Overview

Following a decade of R&D and testing, Veros Systems is introducing its virtual machine Window (vmWindow™), the first turn-key solution for combined continuous monitoring and assessment of rotating machine condition and energy efficiency, using only electrical measurements.  Our simple electrical interfaces are strategically placed in the low voltage side of the existing power infrastructure to measure electrical voltages and currents.  Based on our Smart Sensorless (S2) technology, vmWindow™ assesses the mechanical and electrical condition of electric motors and driven mechanical loads.  This “intelligent” solution provides online, 24×7, preemptive and actionable intelligence to its users, allowing early intervention when developing anomalies or faults are detected.  Its modular cost-scalable architecture makes it suitable for deployment on large machine populations.

The Veros Systems solution to a problem traditionally handled with hardware marries intelligent signal processing and Machine-to-Machine (M2M) communication. Our solution is a revolutionary step in a market that is noted for reactionary, incremental change.
